Classes

Little Ones

Little Ones classes provide a fun and engaging introduction to dance through creative movement, music, and imagination. Dancers develop coordination, balance, rhythm, listening skills, and gross motor development while building confidence in a positive and encouraging environment. Boys and girls are welcome! (30 minutes)

Ballet*

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles. Students develop proper technique, posture, balance, flexibility, strength, musicality, and confidence through barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations. Ballet provides the technical foundation for continued dance training. (45–60 minutes)

Lyrical*

Lyrical combines the technique of ballet with expressive movement inspired by music and storytelling. Dancers develop flexibility, balance, artistry, and emotional expression while learning to connect movement with the meaning of the music. (45 minutes)

Jazz/Ballet Combo*

Ballet/Jazz Combo classes combine the technical foundation of ballet with the energy and excitement of jazz. Dancers improve flexibility, strength, coordination, rhythm, balance, turns, leaps, and performance skills while enjoying a well-rounded dance education. (60–90 minutes)

Intro To Dance

Designed for beginners and dancers with little or no previous experience, Intro to Dance introduces the fundamentals of ballet and jazz in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Students learn stretching, flexibility, turns, leaps, rhythm, dance vocabulary, and performance skills while building confidence and having fun. (60 minutes)

Intro To Hip Hop

Intro to Hip Hop is a high-energy class that introduces dancers to the fundamentals of hip hop through clean, age-appropriate music and choreography. Students develop rhythm, coordination, strength, musicality, and confidence while learning basic grooves, footwork, and performance skills. No previous experience is required. (60 minutes)

Pre-Pointe

Pre-Pointe prepares dancers for future pointe work by focusing on proper alignment, foot and ankle strength, core stability, flexibility, and refined ballet technique. Enrollment is by instructor recommendation to ensure dancers have the strength and technical foundation needed for safe progression to pointe. (90 minutes)



Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet welcomes dancers of all experience levels, whether you are new to ballet or returning after time away. Classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, posture, coordination, and technique in a supportive and encouraging environment. (60 minutes)




Dance 4 All

Dance 4 ALL is an adaptive dance program designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Classes focus on building confidence, coordination, balance, creativity, social interaction, and self-expression through music and movement. Every dancer is encouraged, celebrated, and given opportunities to succeed in a welcoming environment. Scholarships and CLTS funding are available for qualifying families. (45 minutes)

Our teachers determine when a student is ready to advance to the next level.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact Alisa Eaton, director of ROG. Not all students progress technically, artistically, intellectually, emotionally or spiritually at the same rate.
