Reflections of Grace Performing Arts School Team

Mrs. Eaton (Alisa Eaton) – Executive Director

Alisa Eaton, Executive Director Reflections Of Grace

Reflections of Grace Performing Arts School is celebrating it’s 16th year with Alisa Eaton as director and ballet teacher.  Alisa is wife to Ed and mother of four, Abigail, Zachary, Luke, and Patrick.   Prior to Reflections of Grace Performing Arts School, her parents invested in her God given ability to dance in early childhood, she was quickly given an opportunity to student teach and eventually taught her own classes by the time she was 14.  Her love of dance and her love for Christ made the perfect match in inspiring young children to dance and worship for Christ alone.

Miss Kenna- Teacher

McKenna has been dancing since she was 11 years old. She started dancing at Rejoice dance through her church. At age 12, McKenna began taking classes at a small studio in fond du lac taking classes such as, ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, lyrical, hip hop, tap and contemporary but her favorites were ballet and lyrical. Through Rejoice dance ministry, McKenna had become a choreographer and a student teacher helping put together many worship celebrations. McKenna is excited for her 2nd year at Reflections Of Grace Performing Arts School because she has a heart to mentor fellow dancers in ways that allows them to use the gifts God has given them to bring glory to His name. In the fall McKenna will be attending Marian University studying to become an ultrasound technician. She looks forward to making lasting memories through teaching at Reflections of Grace Performing Arts School.

Miss Angi- Teacher

At age seven, Miss Angi started dancing along with her older sister, Miss Ava, at Reflections of Grace Performing Arts School. When she was 10 years old, she started student teaching with Miss Abby and continued to take classes, learn, and eventually to fully teach. Miss Angi hopes to share the light of Christ and the passion she has for dance with all her students. Angeli is homeschooled/online schooled and takes many of her high school classes at Wilson Hill Academy. One can often find her dancing, baking, swinging, and swimming. She enjoys bonfires, making music with her six older siblings, and has a weakness for anything coffee or sweet! Miss Angi is so thankful for the opportunity to praise God while also doing the thing she loves and can’t wait to see her dancers in class!

Miss Abby- Teacher

Miss Abby started taking ballet classes with Reflections of Grace when she was 8 years old. In 2018, she left the studio, but returned in 2020 because she “couldn’t imagine continuing anywhere else when Reflections of Grace was where [she] wanted to be. The loving atmosphere that Mrs. Eaton and the other teachers create makes ROG a place that nurtures each and every individual students’s wellbeing; separating it from those that measure dancers by how quickly they grasp the next skill”. A year after returning, Miss Abby was given the opportunity to student teach. Then, at the end of 2022 she began teaching classes of her own. Every day Miss Abby is honored to create that same welcoming and devoted atmosphere that led her to ROG, for her own students. Outside of dance, Miss Abby enjoys playing games and exploring the outdoors with her family, as well her newfound hobby of paddle boarding. She has a younger sister who is a talented dancer at ROG and a younger brother who can sometimes be talked into practicing pliés at home! She looks forward to connecting more with returning students and welcoming in the new!

Miss Rachel- Teacher

Miss Rachel started taking ballet, jazz, and lyrical classes when she was 11 years old. When she was 12 she started student teaching and loved it! She started teaching 6 classes through a daycare. She has 8 siblings in her family, 4 of them were adopted and have special needs. She loves student teaching adaptive dance classes with Mrs. Eaton at ARC. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her many siblings and baking. She is really looking forward to teaching at Reflections of Grace this year!

Miss Abby- Teacher

Miss Abby began dancing when she was three, and was part of the first ever original dance class at ROG! Being Mrs. Eaton’s daughter, she has grown up in the dance world, learning new genres, and serving the community. She began student teaching in middle school and taught her own ballet classes throughout high school. Abby is a full time college student at Olivet Nazarene University where she is studying to become an English teacher, and future professor. During her summers off, she writes curriculum and teaches for ROG’s Dance 4 All program, working with kids and adults with disabilities. She is also our office and social media manager. In her free time, Abby enjoys canoeing, finding new coffee shops, and traveling with her worship ministry band. Growing up at ROG Abby has a huge heart for dance, music, ministry, and helping students with all abilities find joy and freedom in movement!
